WELLESLEY SWIM CLINIC REGISTRATION

Below are the forms you will need to fill out as part of your Wellesley Swim Clinic Registration Packet. Please fill out the forms completely and mail them with your Clinic Fee check to the address below. Packets submitted without all required forms will be put on our waiting list until we receive the missing information.

Forms are due on or before Wednesday, October 14th to ensure that you recieve a complementary Competitive Hydrodynamics Clinic T-Shirt*. Registrations taken after October 14th are not be entitled to a complementary shirt.

You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your Registration Packet.

*T-Shirts will be ordered on October 14th to ensure delivery prior to day of the clinic. Wellesley College does not garuntee participants registering after October 14th will recieve a complementary Competitive Hydrodynamics T-Shirt and will hand out surplus shirts to registrants after October 14th on a first come first serve basis.
